Make a list of must haves and absolutely not's and start your search. Often times it's not how many homes, it's how many right homes. Be prepared to make an offer if you're willing to make it yours that day.
HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?
The is not one fee. All sales are different and commissions can be negotiated and paid by a percentage or a flat fee upon broker-company approval. It all depends on the services provided for the transaction.
Typically commissions are paid by the seller. Buyer's can be charged commission or a flat fee to be collected upon close, it depend on the company's policies in how they allow their agents to perform.
